MUTUAL GRADING EXPERIMENT

INSTRUCTIONS:
This is an experiment, as is this whole course!  Since most of our work in this class has been group and team oriented, I'd like some feedback from everybody on what YOU each think of each other's performance/ contribution.  This grading form is meant to be ANONYMOUS, so don't write your name on it!  And only form per student!
So please print this out, fill it out, and turn it into my mailbox in the dept. before you leave for the summer, and before the dept. leaves this bldg!  You can also email me your grades, but that'll blow your anonymoty (unless you take great pains!).
PROJECT TEAMS:
Please give each of the following PROJECT TEAMS a grade of A, B, or C (sorry, no Ds allowed!), according to their success as a team, meeting a goal together.  (Don't worry about knowing exactly who is on which team(s).  For the two individual projects (Tony's and Sean's) just consider the success of the project.

INDIVIDUALS:.
Please give each of the following a grade of A, B, or C based on how much of a contribution AND HOW MUCH OF AN EFFORT this person made to the class, and what you think their overall grade should be, and how familiar you feel you are with their work in this class (thus you can grade someone whose work you know nothing about!).  Just be honest and don't worry:  your input will count very little!  (If it looks too much like a popularity contest, then out these results will go!)

THE COURSE

Finally, thanks for filling out the standard course evaluation form the last day of class, but I now think that the form is inadequate for a radically new course format like ours.  So please supplement that standard form of feedback by answering a few more specific questions:
