COURSE DESCRIPTION

Prerequisites: CS 228

General Introduction and Goals

The course teaches several higher-level computer networking concepts, such as distributed objects and high-level communication protocols.

Network programming skills will be developed. Students will write and test networked programs using a variety of paradigms. Current topics of industry interest will be covered.
