CS 495   Special Topics:  AUTONOMOUS ROBOTS

Winter 2000,  Instructor: Jeffrey Horn

ANNOUNCEMENTS (Monday, April 24, 2000)

  • General Announcements (for all students)
  • FINAL:  Nice job everybody!  I think we entertained and enlightened.  Dave Beal seemed to like both the hexapod (the small one!) and the truck base, and encouraged us to get both the obstacle avoidance and beacon following behaviors working together, on one of those two platforms.
  • Yes, I was serious, I still do want you to help me try this mutaul grading idea.  It won't count for much, but I want to get some of the feedback we didn't have time to collect while we were so busy actually building robots.  Please click here and try this out.
  • And then you're done!  Have a great summer.  I will really miss seeing you guys trying new things every day at 2:00!
